Overview of what is normal anatomy and physiology during pregnancy, how organs function during pregnancy, overview of the complications, including miscarriage, premature labor, hypertension and body mechanism.

She also studied the traditional philosophy of Hatha yoga, Asana & Pranayama.

She helped, 10000+ successful normal deliveries. Personal coaching, counseling and nutrition diets help Clients to overcome on complication during pregnancy.

Bhujangasana helps to empower the hormones while bringing energy to the uterus & ovaries. It also helps in the production of cervical mucus that makes the journey of sperms to egg easier.


Pashchimottanasana is incredibly beneficial for improving female fertility. Because It rejuvenates vital organs such as the ovaries and stomach while reducing mental stress


It is an excellent exercise for toning the nerves and organs of the abdomen and pelvis.

Setubandh aasana

Setubandh Asana ease menstrual and lower abdominal problems and strengthen the legs hips, pelvis, back and arm muscles.


Naukasana helps in regulating blood flow at sugar level and strengthen ovaries. It helps to reduce body fat, improves blood flow to the reproductive organs and enriches the function of ovaries.


Dhanurasana is beneficial for the muscles of the back, abs, arms, thighs. It increases blood circulation to the reproductive organs and also help to increase sperm count.

Baddha konasana

Badhha Konasana Improves the function of ovaries as it helps increases blood circulation to the reproductive system.

Hello!  I am Nirmal Pal (Reproductive Wellness Coach), Yoga Mentor & Nutritionist. I’m the founder of Nirmal Welness (A complete solution for Fertility and Pregnancy’s Problems)

  • I have completed My Masters in Yoga and science of Living from (Jain Vishva Bharati University) Rajasthan.
  • Prenatal and Postnatal Teacher Training Certification from  (Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, Maharashtra).
  • Certification Course in Yoga Asana for Health Promotion  from (Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga) New Delhi.
  • Advanced training on Nutrition from (Lincoln university College) Malaysia.
  • On and Off so many Pregnancy’s yoga training workshops to improve my skills, Knowledge and Practice.
  • I have been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2006.
